Our focus is on premium fabrics, comfort and performance shouldn’t cost the earth.
What are our products made from?
In our first release the fabric of our underwear is made from Tencel, a soft, durable and sustainable fabric made from eucalyptus fiber (plant-based).
The Tencel fabric is 100% biodegradable, uses 20x less water to produce than cotton (one of fashion's biggest problems), as well as recycling 99% of the production materials used, making it one of the most eco-friendly fabrics available globally.
The fabric is imported by road from a specialist sustainable suppler in Austria, before being knitted and hand crafted in a small town in the north of Portugal.
Our knitting partner is committed to sustainable manufacturing and is 100% GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) accredited, as well as holding the OEKO-TEX certification.
What was our thinking?
Our entire supply-chain is thoughtfully created, we used Tencel for a combination of its technical qualities and environmental impact.
1 - Comfort.
Our fabric provides a super soft feel, whilst being naturally anti-bacterial and 3x more effective at dealing with heat and moisture (sweat included) than cotton.
Underwear needs to be comfortable, durable and lasting.
2 - The Planet.
We set out to consciously create, and look to use the most environmentally friendly materials where possible in our products, packaging and internal operations.
